I. On organizational measures to implement the decree on the transfer of functions of state bodies to the private sector:
1. Special automated photo recording of traffic violations on highways and in the field of organizing the installation of video programs and technical means.
Business entities have approved the procedure for installing and operating special automated software and equipment for photo and video recording of traffic violations on highways, as well as the location of places where special automated equipment for photo and video recording can be installed.
Currently auksion.uz on a regular basis, special automated software and hardware tools for photo and video recording are installed on the Website, which put up lots for sale to enterprises.
592 lots have been placed in the Republic and 330 lots have been determined.

The most specialized automated software and hardware for photo and video recording are available for sale, and the winners are determined in the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region.

Note: The above graph is expressed in the ratio of lots offered for sale and certain winning lots.
Of the lots sold, 16.629 billion soums were allocated to the budget.

2. In the field of technical inspection by entrepreneurs of vehicles of category M1 belonging to individuals.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 125 dated March 9, 2021 "On additional measures to improve the procedure for mandatory technical inspection of vehicles", a total of 107 business entities of the Republic were issued permits for technical inspection of vehicles of category M1.

3. In the field of preparation of cadastral collection for real estate objects, including primary cadastral collection.
Draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the establishment of the procedure for issuing a certificate of qualification of a cadastral engineer for real estate in the Tashkent region and the city of Tashkent, as well as on the approval of minimum price rates for services provided by cadastral engineers for the preparation of cadastral collection for real estate
The Cadastral Agency has developed a training program for applicants for cadastral engineering, the composition of the commission for the qualification exam and the work regulations have been drawn up, an electronic testing program has been developed.
Currently, the number of applicants wishing to carry out the activities of a cadastral engineer, receiving a qualification certificate, studying at advanced training courses and passing exams has increased by more than 100 people.
Online, 24 people took part in trainings to improve their skills, and they were issued certificates of completion of the training course.
4. In the field of participation as an agent in the provision of certain types of public services by state bodies, institutions and organizations, including public service centers.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 221 of April 19, 2021 established the procedure for issuing certificates for participation as an agent in the provision of public services to entrepreneurs.
A special training program was developed to improve the skills of employees of economic entities providing agency services, and in June of this year it was registered and approved by the State Control for the Quality of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Commission conducted test tests with the participation of applicants who completed a course of study in non-state educational institutions, and two applicants operating in Namangan and Samarkand regions were awarded agent certificates.
II. About the measures taken for the privatization of state assets:
In January-November of 2021, 619 state assets worth 4.5 trillion sum were sold. By the end of 2021, it is planned to sell another 300 of state property for an amount close to 1.6 trillion sum.
