On September 30, at the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction an economist and financier, former chairman of the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Board and founder of the term of the BRICs Jim O'Neill conducted a workshop with talented Uzbek students.

        During the seminar, Jim O'Neill made a presentation on the economic performance, development stages and prospects of developed countries. He also spoke about the achievements and successes during his career, and gave advice to young economists entering the field based on his experience.

        At the end of the seminar, students received answers to their questions.
