     2021 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan by decree №. 344-F of June 18, in order to ensure the improvement of the knowledge and skills of responsible managers of some cities of the Republic and districts of the city of Tashkent on the development of the service sector and local industry by organizing educational seminars held in 28 cities of the Republic, as well as managers responsible for all districts of the city of Tashkent and their first deputies on economic development and poverty reduction, deputies for Investment and foreign trade and for the heads of the branch of JSC "Uzmillibank" and the heads of Employment Promotion Centers, a training seminar was held on June 22 (1st stage) At the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

          Employees of the Ministry of Economic development and poverty reduction took part in this training seminar with a lecture on "Development of education and health care in the Republic".

          During today's training seminar, the service sector, the role of education and health in it, in particular, the growth rate the volume of services rendered by the end of 2020 was 102.3 percent or 218.9 trillion soums the share of services in the total volume of services in the field of education was 4.1 percent, while the share of services in the field of health was 1.5 percent, as well as the prospects for the development of these services by 2023, the total volume of services by 2023 was 2.1 times, that is, services in the field of education amounted to 2.1 times, topical information and practical proposals for an increase of 2.5 times were discussed, as well as proposals and directions for broad coverage on the prospects for implementing projects in the field of telemedicine, tutoring, non-state educational centers, outsourcing, public-private partnership in the fields of education and healthcare.
