On June 20, 2022, the Uzbek-Azerbaijani business forum was held in Tashkent as part of the visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On June 21, a meeting was held with the Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Business Arkhan Mammadov and the Director of the Agency for Mahallabay work and Entrepreneurship Development Mirzohid Ubaydullayev.

The parties shared information about the activities and tasks of the two organizations, as well as exchanged views on promising areas of cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, measures were identified to develop entrepreneurial activity between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan and to develop cooperation between organizations.
