The last day of the seminar training for the First Deputies of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, governors of regions and the city of Tashkent, as well as districts (cities) was held on March 18 at the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction and the Academy of Public Administration.

The seminar was attended by representatives of a number of ministries and departments, in particular, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jakhongir Mamajonov, Head of the Personnel Administration Department of the Agency for the development of public service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ilhom Kurbanov, representatives of the Civil Service Agency and professors from the Academy of Public Administration.

During the seminar-training, support for entrepreneurs, benefits and training of the population in the field of entrepreneurship, the mechanisms of the civil service, the essence of the work being done today to develop the civil service, in particular, the introduction of the KPI system, development and formation of specific aspects, working mechanisms, issues of attracting modern technological innovations to the industry.

However, the content of the draft law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. QL-861 "On Civil Service" of the Council of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the system of performance evaluation of civil servants, main directions, identified tasks, issues of effective use of new mechanisms being developed.

In addition, the seminar discussed the National Training System, the single open portal of the Civil Service Development Agency, its activities, directions, services provided by the portal.

     During the seminar, participants exchanged views with experts on the above issues.

At the end of the seminar, the State Testing Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Academy of Public Administration tested the knowledge and skills acquired by the participants during the training.

    In addition, a spiritual and educational event was organized for the participants on the occasion of the upcoming Navruz holiday, and certificates were awarded for the seminars and training held.
