Indicators of agricultural, forestry and fishery production by the end of 2021

The volume of agricultural, forestry and fisheries production in the republic in 2021 to 317.8 trillion soums, an increase of 104.0 percent compared to the corresponding period last year.

        In the production of agricultural products, the share of dehkan farms is 66.0 percent (an increase of 102,1 percent), farms – 29,3 percent (105 percent), organizations engaged in agricultural activities - 4.7 percent (118 percent).

At the same time, the share of crop production in the structure of gross agriculture was 47.5 percent, livestock-47.7 percent, hunting services, forestry and fisheries - 4.8 percent.

        During the reporting period, 10,859 thousand tons of vegetables (104.1% growth rate), 7,541 thousand tons of cereals (98.8%), 3,292 thousand tons of potatoes (104.7), 2,853 thousand tons of fruits (101.4), 2,281 thousand tons of melons (106.9) and 1,695 thousand tons of grapes (105.5) were grown from agricultural products. Also, 2,640 thousand tons of meat (104.8%), 11,287 thousand tons of milk (102.8%), 8,053 million eggs (103.5%) and 1,263 thousand karakul skins (109.7%) were produced from livestock products.

        In the volume of agricultural, forestry and fisheries production, the share of the Samarkand region is high, the share of which in the republican indicator is 12.7 percent, and the Andijan, Bukhara, Kashkadarya, Tashkent and Ferghana regions is 9.2-9.9 percent. In addition, Surkhandarya region (7.7%), Namangan region (7.3%), Khorezm region (6.5%), Jizzakh region (6.4%), Navoi region (4.9%), the Republic of Karakalpakstan (3.4%) and Syrdarya region (3.3%) have a smaller share compared to other regions.

      The share of Samarkand region in the volume of agricultural, forestry and fishery production is high, the share of the republic is 13.0%, Andijan region - 10.1%, Bukhara, Kashkadarya and Tashkent regions - 9.2-9.7%,  also, Fergana region (8.8%), Surkhandarya region (13.0%), Namangan region (7.5%), Khorezm and Jizzakh regions (6.5-6.6%), Navoi region (4 , 8%), the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Syrdarya region (3.3-3.9%) have a lower share than other regions.
