      Over the past 2021, a number of measures have been taken to improve the quality of human capital. In particular, in the field of preschool education:

1.9 million children aged 3-7 years with preschool education, an increase in the coverage rate of up to 70 percent was ensured;

8 higher educational institutions were created, bringing their total number to 149.The coverage of young people with higher education has reached 28%.A credit-modular system has been introduced into the educational process. Distance learning is being introduced.

In the field of healthcare:

The state financing of healthcare amounts to 21.1 trillion soums. 4.3 trillion soums will be allocated by the end of this year, including 1.4 trillion soums for the purchase of vaccines and vaccinations;

The number of specialized centers of the republic was increased from 10 to 43, and at the same time the number of their regional branches and branches was brought to 484;

Primary health care has been reorganized, 100 family doctors' offices, 17 rural family polyclinics and 7 urban family polyclinics have been reorganized;

Construction works at 149 facilities have been completed and put into operation.
