On March 15 of this year, the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction hosted the 2nd day of training seminars for the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, First Deputy of the khakims of the regions and the city of Tashkent, as well as districts (cities).

  Training seminars were conducted by responsible persons of a number of ministries and departments. In particular, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Saidkahhor Kholkhujaev, First Deputy Minister of Employment and Labor Relations Erkin Mukhitdinov, Head of the Department of the State Fund for Business Support Burxon Normirzayev, First Deputy Chairman of Halyk Bank Zafar Azimov and teachers of the Academy of Public Administration.

 During the training seminars, topics were discussed on bringing state policy to the mahalla, ensuring employment of the population, increasing their incomes, developing entrepreneurship, thereby reducing poverty, as well as employment of the unemployed population for a suitable job, training in professional and entrepreneurial skills, attraction to paid temporary work.

They also exchanged views on how to provide jobs for the unemployed, increase their incomes and attract them to entrepreneurship, train them in entrepreneurship and bring them out of poverty.

        Moreover, the participants of the seminars were informed about the main aspects that should be taken into account when selecting projects and timely repayment of loans within the framework of family entrepreneurship assistance programs and exchanged views on the problems facing entrepreneurs in the regions.

        Trainings were also held on the topic of what qualities you need to have to become an entrepreneur and constructive cooperation and effective team building.

In turn, the first deputy khakims, who have achieved high results in the regions and have positively solved existing problems, shared their experience and skills. At the same time, it was decided to study the existing problems in depth before the end of the training seminar and develop appropriate proposals for their solution.
