 On June 21, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Bobur Abdinazarov met with Waldemar Walter, press secretary and Adviser of Berlin Economics.

Berlin Economics is a research company specializing in government consulting for more than 15 years.

   The meeting was also attended by Shoyadbek Babayev, Head of the Department for the Development of Mechanical Engineering and Defense Industry, and officials of the Ministry.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Uzbek side informed the guests about the ongoing work on the development of this sector and told about the expected results of this work.

The guests discussed the above-mentioned proposal to create autoclusters in some regions of the country, for which an additional agreement was reached in this direction.

During the visit, the guests visited the factories in order to familiarize themselves with the process of manufacturing components for cars.

  Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to conduct practical work with the company on the development of bilateral partnerships.
