On March 17 of this year, the 4th day of a training seminar was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction for the First Deputy Chairmen of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the First Deputy khokims of regions and the city of Tashkent, as well as districts (cities).

The training seminar was held by responsible representatives of a number of ministries and departments, in particular, Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Committee Jahongir Abdiev, Director of the State Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance Sherzod Mukhamedov, Director of the State Fund for Entrepreneurship Support under the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Abboskhon Makhamatov, Deputy Chairman Mikrokreditbank Abrakhmatov Ulugbek, Deputy Chairman of Agrobank Ergashev Abdumukhtor and professors teaching staff of the Academy of Public Administration.

During the training seminar, the current changes in the implementation of tax policy, the mechanisms for the functioning of the tax system, the ongoing work to improve the industry, in particular, the formation, functioning, specifics of the cashback system, developed in order to develop the system and create convenience for the population, attracting modern technological innovations to the industry were discussed.

The issues of the content, main directions, tasks of the law On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022, organization of the correct and efficient spending of funds generated from additional funds from local budgets were also considered.

At the same time, the conditions created for doing enterpreneurship, the activities of the State Fund for Entrepreneurship Support, the financial assistance provided by the fund, the organization of their use, cooperation with commercial banks in improving the efficiency of the mahallabay system were discussed at the training seminar.

During the seminars, the participants exchanged views with experts on the above issues and shared their suggestions.
