As of October 26 of this year, 2,869 small businesses (2,731 in activity) were registered in the district (without sole proprietors, farmers and dehkan farms) (in 2017-2018 there were 851 of them. The growth was 3 times).

From this:

- manufacturing enterprises-524 (501 are functioning);

- trade and catering enterprises -1187 (in activity 1116);

- agricultural enterprises -335 (in activity 324);

- construction companies-237 (228 in activity);

- other enterprises -586 (562 in operation).

- by October 26, 2021, 834 state-owned, 418 sole proprietors and 416 legal entities were created.

Along with this, the activities of 114 sole proprietors and 42 legal entities have been restored, the legal addresses of 98 entities have been transferred to the district, and 6 new foreign enterprises have been created, bringing their number to 63.

Due to the implementation of 12 investment projects worth 404.6 billion soums during 2020-2021, direct investments in the amount of 13.1 million dollars were made ("ЖС-БИО" - 2 million dollars, "Бахтиёр савдо" - 4 million dollars, "Кўприк қурилиш индустриал" - 3.6 million dollars, "GS Bio" 3 million dollars, "Ag/Ro-Nl" 0.5 million dollars, "Rustam Parranda", "Asphalt Plant") and 933 jobs were created, of which:

- 400 in 3 industrial projects;

- 403 in 6 maintenance projects;

        - 130 in 3 projects in the field of agriculture.

In addition, as of October 1, 2021, 12 enterprises received foreign investments in the amount of 7.5 million dollars.

For example, the joint venture LLC "Toshkent tom koplamalari", located in the small industrial zone of Urta-Chirchik district, received $ 1.3 million of foreign investment and implemented an investment project for the production of roofing coverings from synthetic fibers, creating 40 new jobs.

Also, within the framework of the "арar bir oila Tadbirkor" program, bank loans in the amount of 41,730 million soums were allocated to 1,768 citizens in the following areas:

- 31% for animal husbandry (12,936.3 million soums for 548 citizens);

- 22% of sheep farming (9 180.6 million soums for 388 citizens);

- 32% on tailoring (13,353.6 million soums for 565 citizens);

- 8% for the organization of a greenhouse (338.4 million soums for 141 citizens);

- - 7% for other (service sectors, beekeeping, production, poultry farming, confectionery, apiary, fishing, gardening, rabbit breeding, goat breeding, crafts, etc.) directions (2,921.1 million soums for 123 citizens).

197 citizens included in the list of low-income families of the district (iron, women's, youth notebooks) were allocated bank loans in the amount of 4,294.6 million soums. of them:

- 37.6 million soums to 17 families in the "Iron Notebook”;

- 1,896.6 million soums to 87 women in the "Women's Notebook";

- 93 young people included in the "Youth Notebook", 2,027.4 million soums.

On the implementation of export indicators.

As of October 1 of this year, exports worth $ 10.1 million were made.

Including industrial products worth $ 4.0 million, and agricultural products worth $6.1 million.

Over the past 2020, the geography of exports amounted to 19 countries, while this year 2 more countries (Turkey and Hungary) were added to this list.

This year, 7 new enterprises (3 industrial, 4 agricultural) were attracted for export. These enterprises exported 781.9 thousand dollars.

The total number of regional exporters engaged in export activities has reached 33.

About the activities of small industrial zones:

In the small industrial zone of Urtachirchik district, the initiators of 8 projects spent a total of 130.1 billion dollars and created 179 new jobs. This year, investment projects have been implemented in 4 projects, namely Ria Building Construction Group LLC, “Toshkent temir-beton va uy-qurilish kombinati” SUE, Humo Bird LLC, Dioson-Uz LLC joint venture.
